Flavored Butters - 8 Variations

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 lemon basil: combine melted butter, lemon juice and dried basil.
  • 2 mustard: combine melted butter, prepared mustard, sugar, and salt; whip well.
  • 3 garlic: combine melted butter, minced garlic and pepper.
  • 4 horseradish: combine melted butter and prepared horseradish.
  • 5 parsley: combine melted butter and chopped parsley.
  • 6 cheesy basil: combine melted butter, parmesan cheese and basil; brush on just before serving.
  • 7 southwestern: combine melted butter, lime juice and chili powder; brush on just before serving.
  • 8 lemon honey: combine melted butter, honey and lemon juice; brush on just before serving.
