Shandi's Beer Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 2 cups cups beer
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 onions
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon all purpose greek seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- 3 potato buns
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 slices lettuce
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons horseradish sauce
Recipe
- 1 for the patties.
- 2 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 3 mix together hamburger, 1 cup beer, onion to taste, garlic, greek seasoning, salt, pepper.
- 4 shape into patties.
- 5 pat with bread crumbs to keep patties together during cooking process.
- 6 put in oven for 10 minute.
- 7 open oven, flip patties brush with 1/2 of the remaining beer.
- 8 bake for another 10 min.
- 9 flip patties back over and brush with remaining beer, bake for 5 more minute.
- 10 for the toppings.
- 11 slice second onion thinly. caramelize in skillet with butter, brown sugar and second cup of beer.
- 12 top with onions, mustard, horseradish and lettuce.
