Ingredients

- 2 cups canned garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2/3 cup black olives, quartered
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/8 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl combine all ingredients except egg.
- 2 toss well.
- 3 gently stir in egg.
- 4 serve.
